Yukiko Harada
Managing Director

Yukiko Harada is an expert in both offline and online marketing communications, having assisted numerous companies and brands to successfully raise their brand equity and achieve success in the Japanese market. Her current client portfolio covers diverse categories and services, spanning re-branding projects for a global retailer to corporate and marketing communications support for both domestic and international companies.

Prior to establishing TrainTracks Inc., Yukiko was Director of Marketing Communications at IFC, a privately-owned Japanese marketing consultancy firm. In addition to setting up the Marketing Services division, her key role was to oversee a team of marketing professionals who provided strategic communications counsel and program execution for clients in the IT and consumer product-related fields.

Yukiko has a long history in marketing communications. As the Marketing Director of Vogue Nippon, a fashion magazine published by Nikkei Conde Nast, Yukiko initiated and managed the publication's interactive marketing business unit and was responsible for planning and executing communications activities to support ad sales and circulation development.

She has also provided conventional and interactive marketing services at Walt Disney Attractions' Japan office, where her responsibilities included the development and implementation of strategic marketing initiatives to increase park attendance, admission sales and room-nights by the Japan outbound tourism market to the Disneyland Resort in California, Walt Disney World Resort in Florida and the Disney Cruise Line in the U.S.

Her earlier client portfolio included such prestigious names as Puerto Rico Tourism Authority, Patek Philippe, De Beers, KLM and Yokohama Grand Intercontinental Hotel.
